A . To Book and Pay:

To book a treatment, please call the centre on the land line 020 3417 6108 or come in and see us. If you have a preference for a male or a female massage therapist, please let us know at time of booking. We look forward to seeing you.

We take Cash or Cheque or Debit / Credit Card (not American Express) at the centre. We can also take payment over the phone for those who want to pay for someone else, as well as for purchasing vouchers.

To secure your first booking, a full payment may be required at time of booking, so please have your card to hand. We may also ask for full payment for Sunday or Bank Holiday bookings.

C . Pricing and availability

We take great care to ensure that prices are accurate, although all prices are subject to change prior to the agreement between us being formed. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Vouchers and/or Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Vouchers and/or Products you have purchased or ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process. We will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

E . Vouchers

Vouchers are available as monetary vouchers from £5 upwards. Vouchers are only valid for a limited time, 6 months and the Voucher must be used by then to either purchase Products or Treatments. Please check your Voucher to find out when to use it by.

You can extend a voucher for one additional month, should it be required, by calling our centre. This must be done within the month of the expiry date on the Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers can only be extended once. Once a Gift Voucher has expired after the one month’s extension the voucher becomes unredeemable. Vouchers which are not extended within the month of their expiry date will become unredeemable after the expiry date stamped on the voucher.

All MBTC Voucher packages need to be pre-booked. When making a booking with a Voucher, if you book additional treatments outside of the scope of your relevant Voucher a valid credit card number may be taken to secure the reservation. You can of course pay the remaining amount by cash or card when you have the treatment.

If you wish to use Voucher you must provide details of the Voucher to be redeemed at the time of booking and take the Voucher with you to redeem at the Centre.

G . License to use website

If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern MBTC relationship with you in relation to this website.

Unless otherwise stated, MindBody Therapy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • republish material from this website (including republication on another website);
  • sell, rent or sub-license material from the website;

J .If you have a complaint

We like to know that all clients & partners we work with are satisfied with our service and encourage automatic constructive feedback and praise (!) on all our services in the centre as soon as they have been completed (this is easier to do if you leave your email with us). Any complaints will be fairly considered and dealt with, in a timely manner and then used as a basis for further improvement where appropriate. Please in the first instance, talk to the therapist during or after treatment so that the treatment can be adjusted as necessary straight away.

If still not satisfied, please ask for the manager or senior person afterwards so that it can be resolved at the time or ask for a form you may complete.

If any issues are not apparent until after the treatment, please email the centre explaining the situation in order for it to be looked into and resolved as soon as possible. All complaints to be sent in within 7 days of treatment/service and we will endeavour to respond within 7 days.

B . Bookings & Cancellation Policy

We need 24 – 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule otherwise a 50% charge will be incurred. No show and the full charge will be incurred for your treatment. Please call the centre directly on 02034176108 to speak to someone or leave a message, in order to cancel or change your appointment as we cannot accept texts sent back to automatic reminders. We take our therapists time seriously, so we hope you understand. Pamper bookings may have their own cancellation policy, please see Special Offers for more information.

D . MindBody Therapy Centre treatments

There are some contraindications to some treatments and facilities and the Centre treatments are carried out subject to the completion of our Assessment sheet. If you have any special requirements that we should take into account when you visit us, for example but not limited to heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, epilepsy arthritis/rheumatism, diabetes, allergies or if you are pregnant, you should advise our reception at the time of booking and/or when completing the assessment sheet. In addition, you should seek the advice of your doctor before undertaking the treatment or attending the facilities. The Centre are unable to give medical opinions on any medical conditions.

If you do not let us know of any special requirements at the time of booking we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully accommodate your requirements at the time of your visit. If any treat if found unsuitable we will recommend an alternative where possible, subject to availability.

During the first 12 weeks and after 28 weeks of pregnancy we may advise no massage or body treatments and we do not recommend you use the Infrared Sauna during pregnancy, though reflexology and massage may be possible towards the end of your term. If unsure please ask your doctor beforehand. If you ignore the advice of the Centre regarding the above you do so at your own risk.

If you do not let us know of any special requirements at the time of your booking we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully accommodate your requirements at the time of your visit. If any treatment is found unsuitable we will recommend an alternative where possible, subject to availability.

F . Health insurance plans

All our therapists are qualified and insured in their particular field of expertise.

However, some health insurance plans require a further membership of CNHC which is not compulsory for therapists. We have therapists who are members, so if you wish to claim back on your insurance, please let us know in advance so we can place you with the right therapist for the purpose of your receipt. Please note that all receipts (apart from small slips), will require your email so we can process and approve it before sending it out to you via email.

Type of insurance plans covered for sports/remedial massage:

Health Shield and Westfield Health and similar work schemes, such as London Transport scheme, Council schemes (BUPA still considering)

Other treatments such as Acupuncture (BAcC or/and HCPC) & Podiatry/Chiropody (HCPC):

BUPA and Simply Health

PS. HCPC usually covers Podiatrists; Acupuncturists; Physiotherapists and Osteopaths (who can also usually work in hospitals). Please call to see if we have any of these therapists available at the time.

H . Delivery

At the time of purchase of a voucher you will be given the choice of standard or express delivery.

Standard delivery will be via royal mail and we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days from the date of your order. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control (including but not limited to strikes, floods, natural disasters, terrorist attacks and failure of public or private telecommunications networks) we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Delivery will we completed when we deliver the Vouchers and/or products to the address you gave to use. The products and/or Vouchers will be your responsibility from completion of delivery.

No international delivery

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses or accept orders from consumers whose address is outside the UK. You can only pay for products and/or Vouchers using a debit or credit card.

All credit and debit card payments will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Payments will be debited to your account before dispatch of your purchase.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

I . Privacy Policy

MindBody Therapy is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We may collect the following information:

  • name , job title, birthday
  • contact information including email address
  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete or you wish us to delete your details due to moving away please email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

K . Personal items

MindBody Therapy cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of items or valuables left thoughout the centre while you are here or after you have left. We will of course try to contact you if we know whose item has been left but it is your responsibility to arrange to pick it up within 24 hours where possible. Thank you.
