1) Where exactly is the centre?
26 - 28 London Road, Forest Hill, SE23 3HF inside the energie fitness club, lower ground floor. We are situated in between Sainsbury's and Forest Hill train station. Buses 185, 176, 197, 122, 356, P4. The Southern train line and the new London Overground train line is available to/from Forest Hill train station.
2) Where can I park?
You can park in Sainsbury's FREE with a ticket, for up to 2 hours. Entrance behind Sainsbury's on Pear Avenue.
3) What type of massages do you offer in Forest Hill?
We have a range of therapists offering deep tissue massage; sports massage; holistic massage; aroma heated massage; caribbean heated massage; hot stone massage; pregnancy massage; soothing foot massage; indian head massage; sports & remedial treatments.
4) Mother & Baby NCT sessions - can I book?
Yes, when we have sessions in place (check events page for latest news). There are limited spaces, so please email head office on mail@therapy4life.net to book your place or ring the centre on 020 3417 6108.
5) Do you do Pamper packages?
Yes, Massage and Beauty treatments available on Sundays and Tuesdays. Or just treat yourself to beauty treatments. The pamper sessions can be tailored to suit your needs. 1 or 2 people around £70 - £100 each depending on treatments chosen and length of treatments. We will require a deposit for treatments that are longer than 1 or 2 hours.
6) What payment method do you use?
We take cash or cheque only (there is a machine at Sainsbury’s, turn right outside gym and also Santander, turn left outside the gym).

7) Do you have pram/buggy and/or wheelchair access?
Yes, there is a side entrance available.
8) How much notice should I give if I need to cancel?
Please note that once an appointment has been booked, a minimum of 24hrs notice of cancellation is required or you will be charged. No show and you will be required to pay the full charge. Please call us if you are running late but note that we may not be able to offer you the total time if we have other bookings in place.
